AVAILABILITY

Our almonds and pistachios are harvested from August through October.  Both are available year-round.

PACKAGING 

Our almonds and pistachios are packaged under the Nichols Farms label.

Pistachios are available dry roasted or raw, inshell or shelled, and flavored (in limited quantities)  Dry roasted pistachios are available salted and unsalted.  Inshell pistachio customers have a choice of natural or red-dyed shells.  Pistachios are roasted to order to guarantee freshness and superior flavor, and are then packed in 1-pound (.45 kilo) poly bags or in nitrogen-flushed, sealed 25-pound (11.4 kilos) cartons.

Natural almonds are packed in bulk in 50-pound (22.7 kilos) cartons or in 1-pound (.45 kilo) poly bags.  Dry roasted almonds are available salted, in shell in 1-pound (.45 kilo) poly bags.

Custom packs of both almonds and pistachios are available upon customer request.
